(TAI or the Applicant), a motor passenger carrier, filed an application for approval to acquire all or substantially all of the operating assets of Beeline Tours Ltd. (BTL), also a motor passenger carrier. The Board is tentatively approving and authorizing the transaction subject to Willard Yuill (Yuill) filing to join the application. If Yuill's filing is satisfactory and no opposing comments are timely filed, this notice will be the final Board action.
