On July 31, 2023, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a proposal titled, "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Integrated Iron and Steel Manufacturing Facilities Technology Review." The EPA is extending the comment period on the proposed rule from September 14, 2023, to September 29, 2023.
