The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Norma (India) Ltd. (Norma) and R.N. Gupta & Co. Ltd. (RNG) received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR), January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
