The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) seeks public comment on the Office of Vehicle Safety Compliance (OVSC) laboratory test procedure (TP) number TP-213-11, specifically relating to FMVSS No. 213a, Child restraint systems--side impact protection.
