Milk in the Appalachian, Florida, and Southeast Marketing Areas; Final Decision on Proposed Amendments to Marketing Agreements and to Orders

This proposed rule is the Secretary's final decision in this proceeding and recommends amendments to the transportation credit balancing fund provisions for the Appalachian and Southeast Federal milk marketing orders, and establishment of distributing plant delivery credits in the Appalachian, Florida, and Southeast Federal milk marketing orders. AMS will determine whether producers approve of the proposed amended orders, as required by regulation.
