The Office of the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture announces the establishment of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 (October 1, 2022--September 30, 2023) in-quota aggregate quantity of certain sugars, syrups, and molasses (also referred to as refined sugar) at 222,000 metric tons raw value (MTRV).
