SHINE Medical Isotope Production Facility; Consideration of Approval of Transfer of License and Conforming Amendment

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) received and is considering approval of an application filed by SHINE Medical Technologies, Inc. (SHINE) on December 11, 2018. The application seeks NRC approval of the indirect transfer of Construction Permit No. CPMIF- 001 for the SHINE Medical Isotope Production Facility, currently held by SHINE.
