Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review an initial determination ("ID") (Order No. 27) of the presiding administrative law judge ("ALJ"): (1) Terminating the above-captioned investigation as to respondent Sunwood Industries Co., Ltd. ("Sunwood") of Jiangsu, China based on a consent order stipulation and consent order, and (2) amending the complaint and notice of investigation.
