Certain Oil Country Tubular Goods From India: Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review

The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from India for the period of review (POR) December 23, 2013 through December 31, 2014. We preliminarily determine that Jindal SAW Ltd. (Jindal SAW) received countervailable subsidies during the POR. See the "Preliminary Results of Review" section, below. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
