In accordance with the Clean Air Act, Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990, and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) regulations, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has developed a Draft Presumed to Conform List of Actions under General Conformity for the Upper Green River Basin (UGRB) ozone nonattainment area and by this notice is announcing the opening of the comment period.
