Özet
The Department of Commerce ("Department") is conducting a new shipper review ("NSR") of the antidumping duty order on drawn stainless steel sinks ("drawn sinks") from the People's Republic of China ("PRC"). The period of review ("POR") is October 4, 2012 through October 14, 2013. The review covers one exporter of subject merchandise, Hubei Foshan Success Imp. & Exp. Co. Ltd. ("Foshan Success"). The Department preliminarily determines that Foshan Success' sale to the United States was not bona fide and is preliminarily rescinding this NSR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
