Narrow Woven Ribbon With Woven Selvedge From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Administrative Review; 2012-2013

On June 9, 2014, the Department of Commerce (the "Department") published the preliminary results and partial rescission of the 2012-2013 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on narrow woven ribbon with woven selvedge ("NWR") from the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), in accordance with section 751(a)(1)(B) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended ("the Act").\1\ The period of review ("POR") is September 1, 2012, through August 31, 2013. Because the PRC-wide entity failed to cooperate to the best of its ability in complying with our requests for information, we preliminarily determined an estimated weighted-average dumping margin for the PRC-wide entity based on facts available with an adverse inference ("AFA"). The Department invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results. No parties commented. Accordingly, our final results remain unchanged from the Preliminary Results. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
