On June 10, 2013, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of the antidumping duty administrative review on stainless steel plate in coils (steel plate) from Belgium.\1\ This review covers one manufacturer/exporter of the subject merchandise: Aperam Stainless Belgium N.V.
