The U.S. Department of Commerce (the Department) is rescinding in part the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain tissue paper products from the People's Republic of China (PRC) for the period March 1, 2008, to February 28, 2009, with respect to Sunlake D[eacute]cor Co., Ltd. (Sunlake).
