(Sierra), to amend Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment," to allow center high-mounted stop lamps (CHMSLs) to be combined with identification lamps, and to require that identification lamps be lowered to eye height on heavy trucks.
