Özet
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that finished carbon steel flanges (flanges) from Spain were not sold in the United States at prices below normal value. The period of review (POR) is June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
