Industrial Nitrocellulose From France; Notice of Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

On September 15, 1999, the Department of Commerce published in the Federal Register (64 FR 50107) the notice of initiation of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on industrial nitrocellulose from France. This review covers the period August 1, 1998, through July 31, 1999. As a result of the withdrawal of the sole request for a review, the Department has now rescinded this administrative review.
