This document invites written comments on a proposed amendment to the Department of Agriculture's Acquisition Regulation (AGAR). We are proposing to amend the AGAR to establish policy and procedures for set-asides and preferences for products developed with assistance provided by the Alternative Agricultural Research and Commercialization Corporation (AARC).
