The General Services Administration (GSA) proposes to revise its regulations which implement the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), to incorporate the requirements of the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996, 5 U.S.C. 552, as amended by Public Law 104-231.
