The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is providing notice of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between FDA and the Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry of Ireland. The purpose of the MOU is to establish certification requirements for caseins, caseinates, and mixtures thereof.
