The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (``Commission'') is granting the petition of the Chicago Board of Trade (``CBT'' or ``Exchange'') for exemption from the prohibition against dual trading in the U.S. Treasury Bond futures contract traded on its Project A electronic trading system.
