Certain Cold-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products From Germany; Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

On August 2, 1995, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on Certain Cold-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products from Germany (A-428-814) (Preliminary Results). The review covers sales from one manufacturer of the subject merchandise to the United States and the period August 18, 1993, through July 31, 1994. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on our preliminary results. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we have changed the results from those presented in the preliminary results of review.
