Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (5 U.S.C. 552a), notice is hereby given that the Farm Credit Administration (FCA) is publishing a system notice, which indicates the establishment of a new Privacy Act system of records. The system notice provides information on the existence and character of the system of records for Internet access.
