Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has received, by letter dated September 10, 1996, an application from Petrotomics Company (Petrotomics) to establish Alternate Concentration Limits, Points of Compliance, Points of Exposure, and Restricted Area boundary, and amend accordingly Source Material License No. SUA-551 for the Shirley Basin Wyoming uranium mill.
