The attached bulletin informs agencies of the establishment of a special actual subsistence expense ceiling for official travel to Greensboro (Guilford County) and Wilmington (New Hanover County), North Carolina, due to the escalation of lodging rates caused by the Hurricane Fran disaster. These special rates apply to claims for reimbursement covering travel during the period September 6 through October 5, 1996.
