The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is providing guidance regarding the inapplicability of the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (the DSHEA) to products intended for use in animals. The agency is issuing this notice in response to inquiries received on whether the DSHEA applies to products intended for use in animals.
