The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Infectious Diseases (NCID), Division of Viral and Rickettsial Diseases (DVRD), Hepatitis Branch, has available for licensing recombinant proteins and synthetic peptides containing broadly immunoreactive antigenic epitopes to be used as immunodiagnostic reagents for the detection of antibodies to the Hepatitis C Virus (HCV).
