Özet
On January 18, 1994 USDA published an interim rule that implemented that portion of subchapter C, part I (Empowerment Zones, Enterprise Communities and Rural Development Investment Areas) of Title XIII of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 dealing with the designation of Rural Empowerment Zones and Enterprise Communities. On January 18, 1994 USDA also published a notice inviting applications for designation of Empowerment Zones and Enterprise Communities. This notice announces the jurisdictions that were designated Rural Empowerment Zones and Enterprise Communities by USDA.
