Deniz Meme Koruma Yasası (MMPA), as amended, its implementation regulations, and NMFS' MMPA regulations for taking marine mammals incidental to geophysical surveys related to oil and gas activities in the Gulf of America (GOA), notification is hereby given that NMFS has issued six separate Letters of Authorization (LOAs) to WesternGeco, LLC (WesternGeco), TGS, Future Energy Consultants (FEC), bp Exploration & Production Inc. (bp), Viridien, and LLOG Exploration Offshore, L. L. C. (LLOG), for the take of marine mammels incidentalto geophysical survey activity in the GOA.
