Receipt of Application for Emergency Exemption to use Iprodione; Solicitation of Public Comment

EPA has received a specific exemption request from the Georgia Department of Agriculture (hereafter referred to as the ``Applicant'') for use of the pesticide iprodione (CAS 36734-19-7) to control target spot on up to 940 acres of tobacco transplants in Georgia. In accordance with 40 CFR 166.24, EPA is soliciting public comment before making the decision whether or not to grant the exemption.
