Utah Bureau of Land Management: Use of Explosive Materials, Destructive Devices, and Fireworks on the Public Lands

This supplementary rule prohibits public-land visitors from using Explosive Materials as defined by the Secretary of Treasury under Title 18, U.S.C. Section 1101, Destructive Devices as defined in Title 26, U.S.C. 5845, and Class A and B Fireworks as defined in 49 CFR on Public Lands in Utah administered by the Bureau of Land Management without the approval of the Bureau.
