Özet
The temporary 2-year segregation of a proposed withdrawal of 270 acres of National Forest System land for the protection of the State's rare plant, Senecio Layneae (Laynes Butterweed) and to control public access expires on March 25, 1994, and the land will be opened to mining. It has been and remains open to surface entry and mineral leasing.
