Özet
This order withdraws 1,000 acres of public land from agricultural entry and mining for a period of 3 years for the Bureau of Land Management to allow the State of California sufficient time to fully study its proposal to site a low-level radioactive waste facility on the land. The land has been and will remain open to mineral leasing.
