This notice implements special local regulation for the Blue Angels Airshow to be held on May 21, 22, and 23, 1994. These regulations are necessary to control vessel traffic in the immediate vicinity of this event. The effect of these regulations will be to restrict general navigation in the regulated area for the safety of spectators and participants.
