Özet
The Farmers Home Administration (FmHA) amends its regulation with regard to the annual review of borrowers with limited resource Farm Ownership (FO), Soil and Water (SW), and Operating (OL) loans. The amendments are necessary to clarify annual review procedures for limited resource loan borrowers. The intended effect is to reduce the number of borrowers who are past due for limited resource loan reviews.
