Özet
The Rural Electrification Administration (REA) proposes to amend its post-loan regulations for telephone borrowers to ease borrower reporting requirements and further clarify existing REA policy. In addition, REA proposes to amend the telecommunications system construction regulations to reflect minor technical changes such as moving the definitions section from one subpart to another.
