Notice of Intent To Make a Noncompetitive Financial Assistance Award to Howard University

The Albuquerque Operations Office (ALO) of the Department of Energy (DOE), pursuant to the DOE Financial Assistance Rules, 10 CFR 600.7, is announcing its intention to renew a financial assistance grant on a noncompetitive basis with Howard University. Assistance of $38,241 will support students in a cooperative education program with the DOE. The proposed award will provide the recipient with financial resources necessary for the education and employment of students enrolled in the program.
