Özet

This notice announces the fiscal year (FY) competition for Local Partnership Grants authorized under Title III of the School-to- Work Opportunities Act of 1994 (the Act). This notice contains all of the necessary information and forms needed to apply for grant funding in FY 1995. The Departments also establish final selection criteria to be used in evaluating applications submitted under the Local Partnership Grants competition in FY 1995 and in succeeding years. The Departments also establish a definition for the term ``administrative costs,'' as well as a 10 percent cap on administrative costs incurred by local partnerships receiving grants under Title III of the Act.
