NMFS announces that it is extending the comment period from January 24, 1994, through January 31, 1994, on the proposed rule to implement, on an experimental basis, a voluntary, pilot program that would allow retention of undersized swordfish in excess of the trip allowance for donation, through charitable organizations, to needy individuals.
