Solid Urea From Estonia; Joint Notice of Initiation of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Notice of Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

The Department of Commerce (the Department) received a request from the Government of Estonia to conduct an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on solid urea from Estonia. In response to this request, and in accordance with the Commerce Regulations, the Department is initiating this administrative review and is concurrently issuing these preliminary results. The review covers the period July 1, 1991, through June 30, 1992. There were no known shipments of this merchandise to the United States from Estonia by any party during the period and there are no known unliquidated entries. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
