The NRC has recently submitted to OMB for review the following proposal for collection of information under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980 (44 U.S.C. chapter 35). 1. Type of submission: Revision. 2. The title of the information collection: 10 CFR Part 34, ``Licenses for Radiography and Radiation Safety Requirements for Radiographic Operations'' and NRC Form 313, Application for Material License. 3. The form number, if applicable: NRC Form 313. 4. How often the collection is required: On occasion. Upon submittal of an application for a materials license or renewal, decommissioning review, petition for rulemaking, status as an independent certifying organization, or upon discovery of a leaking source. 5. Who will be required to report: Licenses and applicants requesting approvals for actions proposed in accordance with 10 CFR Part 34. 6. An estimate of the number of responses: Part 34--729, NRC Form 313-700. 7.
