The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is amending its regulations as a result of the consolidation of the Region V office in Walnut Creek, California, with the Region IV office in Arlington, Texas. These amendments are necessary to inform the public of the administrative changes to the NRC's regulations.
