Özet
EPA is reissuing a pesticide petition (PP 8F3689) filed by the Rhone-Poulenc Ag Co. for the fungicide aluminum tris(O- ethylphosphonate) in or on pome fruit. EPA is reissuing the petition because more than 5 years have passed since the first notice of filing and the Agency believes this notice is necessary before it takes further action on the petition.
