Notice is hereby given that the California Desert District of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), pursuant to regulatory procedures for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), intends to hold a public scoping meeting regarding the proposed amendment to the California Desert Conservation Area Plan. The purpose of the meeting will be to confirm the issues, concerns and questions, that were received by the BLM during the scoping process, that will be addressed in the EIS.
