The Department of the Army, Corps of Engineers, has filed an application to withdraw 2,313.92 acres of public land for flood control facilities in Clark County, Nevada. The proposed term of the withdrawal is for 50 years. This notice closes the lands for up to 2 years from surface entry and mining.
