Özet
This interim final rule authorizes expenditures and establishes an assessment rate for the Tokay Grape Industry Committee (committee) under Marketing Order (M.O.) No. 926 for the 1994-95 fiscal year. Authorization of this budget enables the committee to incur expenses that are reasonable and necessary to administer this program. Funds to administer this program are derived from assessments on handlers.
