Importation of Ratites and Hatching Eggs of Ratites

We are reopening and extending the comment period for our interim rule that required specified identification and recordkeeping for ratites and ratite hatching eggs that are intended for importation into the United States. This extension will provide interested persons with additional time in which to prepare comments on the interim rule.
