Özet

This interim final authorizes expenses and establishes an assessment rate for the Kiwifruit Administrative Committee (Committee) under Marketing Order (M.O.) No. 920 for the 1994-95 fiscal year. Authorization of this budget enables the Committee to incur expenses that are reasonable and necessary to administer the program. Funds to administer this program are derived from assessments on handlers.
