Deniz Meme Koruma Yasası (MMPA), as amended, its implementation regulations, and NMFS' MMPA regulations for taking marine mammals incidental to geophysical surveys related to oil and gas activities in the Gulf of America (GOA), notification is hereby given that NMFS has issued two separate Letters of Authorization (LOAs) to WesternGeco, LLC (WesternGeco), for the take of marine mammels incidentalto geophysic survey activity in the GOA.
