Acquisition Regulation; Alteration of Organizational Conflicts of Interest Regulations

Özet

The Department of Energy (DOE) today amends the Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR) to clarify certain aspects of DOE's organizational conflicts of interest (OCI) regulations. The amended regulations are intended to make the OCI regulations more easily understood and more easily followed by DOE procurement, program, and legal personnel, DOE contractors, and entities proposing to do work for DOE or its contractors. EFFECTIVE DATE: January 23, 1995.
